We have just passed Exeter Airport. We were held up in traffic, Glenn seem way ahead and needs more fluids we are trying to catch him.

Truro to Guildford Solo 240 Mile Bike ride
JUNE 10th 2006 – 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. To raise money for: The Samson Centre Project This a voluntary initiative of the MS Therapy Group (Guildford). Our main objective is to maintain and expand the day-centre dedicated to the treatment and support of Multiple Sclerosis in West Surrey. The Centre is a place to practise traditional and natural therapies, and to inform and support as well as discuss our future with the disease. To offer practical help to carers and families as well as sufferers.
